Restore purchases

Open Plus or You, then Restore. The app asks Apple for the subscription on this Apple ID. Lessons stay on the phone either way.

Cancel a subscription

Plus renews through Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Pennypip Plus. Cancel at least a day before the period ends. Refunds go through Apple. Deleting the account in the app does not cancel Plus.

Delete your account

Open You, then Privacy choices, then Delete my account. That clears the profile, ranks, reports, and photo, the lessons on that device, the iCloud backup, and the reminders. An App Store subscription is not cancelled there. Cancel it in Apple settings.

Report a lesson error

On a question, choose Report a problem and say what looks wrong. You can also email support@pennypip.com with the lesson name.

Privacy requests

Open You, then Privacy choices, to turn off usage analytics, ask for non-personalized ads, download your data, or delete the account. For anything else, email support@pennypip.com.
